FORESIGHT RENOVATIONS Inc.
For project managers, superintendents & contracting officers

Keep your interior scope on schedule.

Foresight is the interior subcontractor that primes, facility managers, and contracting officers bring on when a scope has to be completed correctly and on the committed date — with the insurance, certified payroll, and closeout documentation the contract requires. Self-performing crews across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast — PA, OH, WV, VA, MD, DC, NC, and SC. Projects from $5,000 to $250,000.

The risk sits with the selection

The subcontractor you choose is the schedule you answer for.

On smaller interior scopes, the difficult part isn't the work — it's finding a subcontractor who is properly insured, submits certified payroll, holds the committed dates, and closes out completely. When one falls short, the exposure lands on the person who selected them.

You are accountable for the outcome. The subcontractor you bring on should carry its share — performing to the contract and documenting the work, so your schedule and your record hold.

How we engage

A defined process, from scope to closeout.

No ambiguity about scope or status. Three steps from first contact to a closed-out job.

Submit the scope

Send drawings, a statement of work, or a solicitation number. We review it against our scope and confirm whether we are the right fit before anyone commits time.

Firm quote & schedule

A written quote priced to the applicable wage determination, a committed schedule, and current insurance and registration documentation provided up front.

Performed & closed out

Our own crews complete the interior work on the committed dates, with progress updates and a complete closeout package on delivery.

Why contracting teams select us

Qualified, documented, and self-performing.

Foresight is registered, insured, and set up for the compliance that small-purchase and prevailing-wage work requires — so the subcontractor on your project is not the variable you have to manage. Six years in business, self-performing the interior trades in the small-project band the national contractors overlook.

Interior capabilities

Self-performed interior trades.

Interior work only — performed by our own crews, not layered through additional subcontractors on a small scope. MEP is subcontracted to licensed trades and coordinated by us under a single point of contact.

Interior work only. Foresight self-performs framing, flooring, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, finish carpentry, and interior build-out — commercial, light industrial, and federal. We do not perform exterior work, painting, drywall or plaster finishing, concrete or masonry, self-performed MEP, ground-up construction, or residential work. When a scope falls outside that, we say so directly and, where possible, refer a contractor who fits.

Bring us in on the next interior scope.

Send the scope, the site, and the required completion date. You will receive a firm quote, a committed schedule, and our current registration and insurance documentation.
